The Australian made rice used in these heat packs also allow you to add drops of your favourite essential oils.
These heat packs are a perfect way to soothe abdominal cramps which may be associated with menstrual type pain or aches experienced during pregnancy around the pelvis or back.

How to use -

To heat, place pack in the microwave and heat for 30 second intervals for up to 3 minutes. Place pack flat when heating to ensure even heat distribution.

Do not leave heated pack unattended or on flammable surfaces.

Do not heat for longer than 3 minutes.

Heat packs can be a fire hazard if used incorrectly.

Always check temperature before placing directly onto skin.
