How to use
Wear the nursing cups under your nursing bra. If you are using absorbent breast pads, place them over the cups, and your bra will keep everything in place. Express a few drops of breast milk into each cup and place them directly over your nipples, securing them with your nursing bra. Before breastfeeding, remove the cups and clean your nipples with warm water. After feeding, rinse the cups with warm water, pat them dry, and repeat the process between feeds.
